It has been produced using only OGM free, organic soft wheats. It contains vitamins B and E, healthy fats (omega), proteins, fiber, and heavy metals such as magnesium, iron, and zinc.
Suitable for bread making, recommended for cutting with 0 flour in pizza and pastry making,for a greater volume of the finished product whith short leavening times from 4 to 8 hours at room temperature.
