Ingredients: “type 1” soft wheat flour. From organic farming.
It has been produced using only OGM free, organic soft wheats. It contains vitamins B and E, healthy fats (omega), proteins, fiber, and heavy metals such as magnesium, iron, and zinc.
Suitable for daily bakery products, round pizza, and for dry pastry whith short leavening times from 8 to 12 hours at room temperature.
