Ingredients: semiwholemeal soft wheat flour type 2. From organic farming.
It has been produced using only OGM free, organic soft wheats. It contains vitamins B and E, healthy fats (omega), proteins, fiber, and heavy metals such as magnesium, iron, and zinc.
Suitable for bread making especially for rustic loaves of large size. Also suitable for pizza and dry pastries whith short leavening times from 4 to 8 hours at room temperature.
